Today,was just an ordinary day.Except,extra sweetness was added when my dear friend Fredrick baked carrot cake with cream cheese sandwiched in between the cake and spread generously on the top of the cake.
What a wonderful surprise.A great way to start my day.
Fredrick baked this for our Mad Hatter's Christmas Lunch last year.Everyone loved it.
So since I did tell him how much I liked it,he remembered and kept his words on baking one specially for me.
It is soooo good.The cake is moist,sweetness is just nice.Best of all,the cream cheese topping is not too jelak but just nice for your tongue.
