Family Seafood Gerik

Currently I did a little road trip myself and found rather horrible tasting food along the way.Overly priced supposedly gourmet food and then when you get to the nearest spot for local food the people aren't exactly friendly due to the fact that their location is the nearest,I asked if the kitchen were still open,I get a cold treatment instead.Then I asked if they could direct me to the nearest place for food..they gave me wrong direction to a middle of nowhere or more like a boathouse full of fishermen=_=

So,30km away it is.Trust me,the extra mile was worth the horrible drive.(the highway is not litted,many lorries carrying logs along the highway)

Hint it's the last traffic light( before BHP petrol station on the right,if you pass the petrol station TURN BACK) heading towards Pulau Banding, turn right at that traffic light and you can't miss it.It"ll be on the right, below a plum tree'(that's what the local sundry shopkeeper told me)

Also for those heading towards Pulau Banding,PLEASE stock up your supplies as this will be the last place for you to buy personal necessity cause it will be another 30km trip back here.

When I got there,the people in Family Seafood were friendly(and pretty curious that I was pointing my camera at the food) I could see them peeping out of their little window to see me take the very first bite out of their food...the very first bite blew my mind away.
It was good!!!!Best of all the price was good,reasonable and definitely worth the 30km drive!
