A surprise from Sri Lanka

I visited Sri Lanka when I turn 20 on mission trip with a bunch of super awesome people.Ever since then I sent card and gifts to a particular girl and she would sent notes to me through people.I thought perhaps she has forgotten me,but I still sent her Christmas card yearly.I haven't heard from her since 2009,but today,I had the most awesome surprise in my letter box
