baked salmon mother style!

It's 2.30am and I just finish packing for youth camp tmrw.I came home late,at 1 am after shopping at Tesco for last minute necessity.
Mum prepared salmon for me but thinking I wasn't gonna eat she went to sleep and kept it in the fridge..Knowing if I don't eat today I wont be able to do so tmrw..so yes as of now I am eating it and simultaneously blogging.
It taste amazing..a lil sweet,juicy,creamy...ngaummmm
